Ifyberrys Kitchen. By accessing our website, placing an order, paying a deposit, or purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is not considered fully confirmed until any required payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided by Ifyberrys Kitchen. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Pricing

Prices are displayed or quoted based on the products, quantities, services, and requirements requested. Prices may change without prior notice. However, changes will not ordinarily affect an already-confined order unless the customer requests modifications or there was an obvious pricing error. Applicable taxes, delivery, shipping, service, processing, or other disclosed charges may be added to the order total.

3. Payments

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method. Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. Ifyberrys Kitchen does not necessarily receive or store complete debit or credit card information.

4. Catering Deposits

Catering, large, and special-event orders may require a deposit to reserve the requested date and services. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, catering deposits are non-refundable. A catering reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

5. Final Payment for Catering

Any remaining balance for catering or special-event services must be paid according to the deadline stated on the customer’s invoice, proposal, or catering agreement. Failure to make payment by the required date may affect or result in cancellation of the reservation.

6. Cancellations – Regular Orders

Customers should contact Ifyberrys Kitchen as soon as possible to cancel an order. A regular order may be eligible for cancellation and refund if preparation has not started. Once ingredients have been prepared, cooking has begun, or the order has been packaged, the order may become non-refundable.

7. Catering & LargeOrder Cancellations

Catering and large order cancellations should be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event or fulfillment date. Eligible refunds will exclude non-refundable deposits, processing fees, and expenses already incurred. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in loss of the deposit and charges for ingredients, supplies, staffing, rentals, or other committed expenses.

8. Custom & Special Orders

Custom menu items, specialty dishes, personalized orders, and products prepared specifically for a customer may become nonrefundable once ingredients or supplies have been purchased or preparation has begun.

9. Changes to Orders

Requests to change quantities, menu selections, delivery or pickup times, event details, or other requirements must be made as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

10. Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed date and time. Completed orders that are not picked up are considered fulfilled and generally will not qualify for a refund.

11. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, restricted access, or another circumstance caused by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply, and a refund may not be available.

12. Shipping Orders

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Ifyberrys Kitchen.

13. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for informing Ifyberrys Kitchen of known food allergies or dietary requirements before placing or confirming an order. Items on our menu may have come in contact or may contain crayfish, dry fish, African seasonings, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, dairy products, sesame and soybeans. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, and cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from a particular allergen. Customers with severe allergies should consider this risk before ordering.

14. Food Quality & Storage

We prepare our food with care and follow appropriate food-safety practices. Customers are responsible for properly storing, refrigerating, reheating, and handling food after pickup or delivery. If you believe there is a quality or safety issue with an order, please contact us promptly and retain the food and packaging when reasonably possible so we can review the concern.

15. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider. Payment-processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by the payment provider and applicable law.

16. Customer Information & Privacy

We may collect information necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery or shipping, provide services, and operate our website. We do not sell customers’ personal information. Terms applicable to a confirmed order will be determined by the agreement and policies in effect when the order was confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.
