At Ifyberrys Kitchen, every order is carefully planned and prepared to provide our customers with fresh, quality food and excellent service. Because ingredients, preparation time, staffing, and other resources may be committed specifically to your order, the following cancellation policy applies.
1. Regular Food Orders
2. Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable once ingredients have been prepared, cooking has started, or the order has been packaged for pickup or delivery.
3. Catering & Large Orders
Catering, bulk, and large orders require advance planning, ingredient purchasing, and preparation. Cancellations should be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event or fulfillment date to be considered for a refund of eligible payments, less any non-refundable deposits, processing fees, or expenses already incurred.
4. Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before an Event
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled catering or event date may result in the loss of the deposit and may be subject to additional charges for food, supplies, staffing, rentals, or other expenses already committed to the order.
5. Deposits
Deposits paid to reserve catering or event dates are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement with Ifyberrys Kitchen. A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
6. Custom & Special Orders
Customized menu items, specialty dishes, personalized orders, and other products prepared specifically for a customer may be nonrefundable once ingredients or supplies have been purchased or preparation has started.
7. Order Changes
Requests to change the menu, quantity, delivery/pickup time, or other order details should be made as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
8. Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed date and time. Failure to pick up an order does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
9. Delivery & Shipping Orders
Once an order has been transferred to a delivery or shipping provider, it may no longer be canceled. If a delay or delivery issue occurs, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation. All orders outside Illinois are processed and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, unless otherwise. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59pm will be included in the shipping next week.
- Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days after shipping.
- Local delivery or pick-up typically takes 1-2 business days.
10. Customer No-Show
Orders that are completed but not picked up or accepted at the agreed times are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.

In the rare event that Ifyberrys Kitchen must cancel an order and cannot provide an acceptable alternative or rescheduled date, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled products or services.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider. Payment-processing fees may be nonrefundable where permitted by the payment provider and applicable law.

By placing an order, paying a deposit, or confirming catering services with Ifyberrys Kitchen, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. When possible, we will work with our customers to find a reasonable solution, including rescheduling or applying eligible payments toward a future order at the discretion of Ifyberrys Kitchen.
